This is a Full-time position.

Salary: $22 – $25/hour dependent on location, experience and hours.

Also Hiring in:

Los Angeles:

• Monday – Thursday: 7 hours, including evening hours
• Friday/Sunday Hours

Montreal (French speakers):

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday/Sunday Hours

Remote USA & Canada:

• Monday – Thursday: 7 hours, including at least 3 evening hours
• Friday/Sunday Hours

(K4K) What does the inbound sales job entail?
(SCF) Everyone on the inbound sales team takes donors’ phone calls. It’s a fast-paced job but we also have to be patient dealing with a diverse donor base. Our goal is to make the donation process easy and simple from the initial donation call until the car donation gets picked up. We work with many different departments to make that happen.

(K4K) What’s the training like?
(SCF) We’re focused on getting car donations and we’re taught great sales skills to accomplish that. The beautiful part is that we’re constantly learning new things. We have our own internal site to provide rigorous training before taking phone calls to learn as much as we can. We feel empowered even before taking a single call. Our managers encourage and motivate us to grow.
