As an ERP IT Lead Solution Architect here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for designing and evolving our ERP technology landscape. Collaborating closely with business leaders and technology teams, you'll align our ERP architecture with strategic business goals and industry best practices. Your insights and expertise will be pivotal in identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and ensuring the scalability, security, and compliance of our ERP solutions. You will report directly to ERP Director IT. This role will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our organization by shaping our ERP architecture, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our strategic objectives and industry best practices. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving innovation, addressing complex challenges, and maintaining the scalability, security, and compliance of our ERP technology landscape. Your role will contribute to our organization's ability to adapt, thrive, and lead in an ever-evolving industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and evolve the ERP technology landscape, aligning it with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to identify architectural opportunities, address challenges, and drive innovation.
- Evaluate and select ERP solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, security, and compliance standards.
- Lead architecture governance to maintain consistency and compliance across ERP projects.
- Participate in defining and prioritizing ERP-related projects and resources, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in ERP architecture, providing guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams.

In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of its Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Until that is finalized, you will be an employee of Honeywell. It is the intention that this role will convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. We expect this to occur in later 2025 or early 2026.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in ERP architecture, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Relevant industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
