R and D - Scientific and Regulatory Affairs
- Education: Bachelor of Science required in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of regulatory experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Must have experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) related industry, such as Pharma, Cosmetics, Supplements, or Home Products.
- Desired Background: Direct food regulatory experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and solid analytical thinking.
- Soft Skills: Must be thorough, detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.

- Regulatory Compliance: Assure the compliance of on-pack and off-pack information, including nutrition facts, ingredient declarations, and claims.
- Product & Packaging Approval: Manage product registrations and ensure all packaging materials meet strict regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Actively monitor and influence food regulations that impact the product portfolio.
- Horizon Scanning: Conduct scientific and regulatory scanning related to health, nutrition, food safety, and sustainability.
- Governance & Standards: Assist in developing internal scientific and regulatory policies that drive compliance while supporting business innovation goals.
- Scientific Research: Support the management of scientific research programs focused on health, nutrition, and sustainability.
