Robert Half is seeking a talented Learning & Development Consultant for a remote 3-month contract assignment. In this role, you will integrate and optimize learning strategies and organizational change management solutions to drive sustained growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in employee development, business process re-engineering, and change management, as well as the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams. This role can be fully remote. Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech or clinical research organizations is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to analyze and fine-tune learning and development deployment strategies to align with business objectives.
- Change Management Leadership: Design and implement organizational change management strategies to support successful process transitions.
- User Adoption Planning: Develop and execute user adoption initiatives, ensuring employees embrace new processes and tools effectively.
- Business Process Re-Engineering: Conduct assessments and make recommendations to improve workflows and align them with organizational goals.
- Learning Framework Development: Create tailored frameworks that nurture employee development and partner with leadership to drive sustained growth.
- Training & Facilitation: Plan and lead workshops and training sessions to increase engagement and awareness across teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Expert Guidance: Offer best-practice advisory on change management and organizational development.
- Collaborative Teaming: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to align project deliverables with overall business priorities.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to track progress, measure success, and share actionable insights.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, change management, and organizational optimization.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success in driving measurable outcomes.
- Experience in designing and executing training and development programs is a plus.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or clinical resource organizations is preferred.
