Forklift Associate

Personal.CX is a new subsidiary of Beautylish, Inc., focused on providing logistics services for personal care ecommerce brands. Since we started ecommerce in 2012, we have developed a great reputation for the high-touch and personal service that we provide for every order. Our Marlton, NJ fulfillment center is growing and we're looking for people excited to join a collaborative team and create an exceptional customer experience.

Forklift Associates are members of the Inventory team whose primary focus is to load, offload, and relocate pallets of inventory for inbound and outbound shipments and to support daily operations and inventory organization. Whenever there is not a need to actively drive the forklift (or similar equipment), the Forklift Associate will assist with other Inventory team duties. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail and safety, is enthusiastic about keeping things organized, is reliable and process-oriented, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift Associate responsibilities include...

• Using a standup forklift, pallet stacker, electric pallet jack, and any other appropriate equipment provided to move pallets of inventory or inbound/outbound shipment as needed.
• Maintaining your forklift certification and following all safety training and best practices on a daily basis.
• Fulfilling all outbound wholesale and transfer orders by gathering products, palletizing shipments, and following all vendor-specific requirements.
• Participating in inventory maintenance including restocking pick bins, completing regular cycle counts, and following best practices such as FIFO.
• Contributing to the overall cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, including equipment, work stations, and common areas.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm as standard, with occasional OT or schedule adjustments (e.g. holidays, earlier summer hours, etc.)
• 2+ years experience using a stand-up forklift or similar equipment
• Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Our Marlton, NJ fulfillment center is hiring Full Time (40 hrs/wk)positions. Forklift Associates start at $20.00 per hour and are eligible for annual raises.
