Were looking for a motivated and curious Affiliate Manager Intern eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Youll gain hands-on experience working with advertisers, affiliates, and marketing technologies, while contributing to projects that make a real impact. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and creative problem-solving who wants to kick-start a career in the industry.

What Youll Do

• Support the onboarding and management of new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  
• Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  
• Help with invoicing, reporting, and other operational tasks.
  
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Conduct competitor research and industry analysis.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in digital and performance marketing.
  
• Collaborate with the team on creative ideas to boost campaign results.
  
• Provide backup support during team absences or peak periods.
  
• Support other marketing projects as needed.

What Were Looking For

• Availability to start immediately.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with adegree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  
• Analytical and curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and problem-solving.
  
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
  
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
  
• Proactive and eager to take initiative and contribute ideas.
  
• Genuine interest in performance marketing, ad tech, and data-driven decision-making.
  
• Eligible for a University internship agreement.
