Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to grow our regional policyholder base.

Mentor and guide newer agents, sharing best practices to improve overall team effectiveness.

Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure our clients have the protection they actually need.

Represent The Atlantic District at community gatherings and local business events to strengthen our brand presence.

Monitor industry trends and adjust our service offerings to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Manage administrative workflows to ensure all policies are processed accurately and on schedule.

New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Strong understanding of risk assessment and local market insurance products.

Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Established network within the Woodbridge Township area.

Proficiency in modern agency management software and digital documentation.
