Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales initiatives and developing into a future leader within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct Collaboration with the President: Work closely with the HudMed President on key accounts, strategic projects, and market analysis. This hands-on experience will provide unparalleled insight into high-level sales strategy, negotiation, and executive decision-making.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, supporting presentations, drafting proposals, and managing essential sales documentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with current and prospective clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Cycle Participation: Participate in all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal negotiation and post-sales support.
  • Trade Show and Event Participation: Actively participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent HudMed USA, showcase services, and generate high-quality leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Zero to two years of professional experience. Experience in a customer-facing role, even outside of sales, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a proactive learner who is coachable and eager to accept constructive feedback.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
