Sales Coordinator (Remote - United States)

Position Type: 12-month contract (with potential for extension)
Compensation: Up to $28.20 per hour + Overtime

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting sales teams? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to sales representatives, product databases, tradeshows, and sales programs. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

Support Sales Teams: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including order processing, cost comparisons, sample requests, and managing unassigned accounts.

Manage Sales & Marketing Resources: Keep brand materials, rosters, and tools up to date in the Sales & Marketing Hub.

Maintain Product Databases: Ensure accurate product information across platforms such as Cerebro, AccurateConversion, and Hybris.

Support Sales Initiatives: Assist in the execution of sales strategies, new programs, and RFP processes.

Coordinate Product Data Updates: Track and manage product changes, new additions, and discontinuations across various sales tools.

Assist National Accounts: Handle ad hoc requests for samples, program support, and data management.

Event Coordination: Plan and organize regional tradeshows, including budget tracking.

Process Payments & Purchase Orders: Work with SAP to create purchase orders and manage payments.

What We're Looking For

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: 2-3 years in administrative or sales support roles.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills.
Multitasking Ability: Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze data and propose effective solutions.
Team Player: Works well with cross-functional teams and diverse personalities.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
