Customer Care Reception Specialist

What you'll do:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Receive daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Maintains safe and clean front desk area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Manage miscellaneous requests from Wedgewood and our Customers on a daily basis such as completing password resets for online prescriber accounts, emailed credit card updates, correcting duplicate accounts, mailing out additional oral syringes to pet owners
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure customers receive quality care and meet all health and safety standards and protocols
- Collecting and processing payments for pick-up orders
- Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions- Rx Entry
- Dispense prescriptions to pick-up customers
- Handle register including closing out the register and till
- End of month inventory
- Make outbound calls to pick-up customers when ready
- Sort pending faxes
- Handle in-bound reception phone calls and direct them as necessary
What you've done:
- Obtained a High School Diploma or GED
- Established strong basic math skills
- You're computer savvy and can navigate the internet with ease
- Worked in a pharmacy or have experience in the veterinarian field a plus
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-centric environment. Never worked in a call center? No problem!
Automatic Bonus Points:

- You're bilingual and can speak Spanish
- You're a Microsoft Office expert and can navigate Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel

When will you work?
Must be available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am - 5 pm.
