## Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Jr. & Sr. **Social Media Manager** to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking to help grow brand awareness and engagement.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
* Plan and execute a **content calendar** aligned with brand goals
* Create engaging content (captions, posts, reels, short-form videos)
* Schedule posts using social media management tools
* Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
* Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports
* Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
* Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
* Ensure brand voice, tone, and consistency across platforms

## Qualifications & Requirements

* **2+ years experience** as a Social Media Manager or similar role
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
* Experience in content creation and caption writing
* Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
* Ability to interpret analytics and insights
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

## Nice to Have

* Experience with social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
* Knowledge of influencer marketing
* Experience working with remote teams or agencies
