- Full-time and part-time Physical Therapist Assistant roles are available to treat a diverse caseload, including balance and fall-risk clients, orthopedic and post-surgical, as well as a variety of clients seen at the Center.
- Competitive salary and benefits package up to $85K (salary, incentive compensation, benefits) commensurate with experience, whether full-time or part-time!
- Individualized one-on-one treatment: You will be part of a team that will provide client care in 60-minute and 45-minute intervals on a one-on-one basis.

- Help the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care.
- Under the guidance of the Physical Therapist, perform therapy techniques/exercises.
- Measure and track patient progress, informing the Physical Therapist of all changes.
- Provide patients with needed continued care information.
- Assist the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment, and management.
- Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
- Keep the Physical Therapist up to date on changes in patient progress.
- Assist in measuring and tracking the effectiveness of interventions.
- Educate the patient on continuing care.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- You will CARE for our clients and are interested in compassionately guiding them to success.
- You have experience independently following care plans to provide optimal care.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are a self-starter and are motivated by serving others.
- You have experience in treating clients of all ages.
- You have a high level of organization, both professionally and personally.
- You enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks.
- You have previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
- Accredited PTA program graduate.
- Valid NJ state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic interventions.
- Compassionate care of all clients, including older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage clients to achieve their therapy goals.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and assist clients.
- At least one year of working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Self-motivated team player who is willing to learn and take direction.
