This role is Contract to Hire. PMO experience is a MUST HAVE.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Job Duties

Provide expert knowledge and advice to PMO manager on all aspects of project management.
Assist with defining project governance and structure and meeting cadence.
Assist with implementation of the playbook (standards and templates) and identifies applicable project artifacts
Build and maintain a good, standard set of project artefact templates.
Ensures project methodology is understood and implemented correctly.
Create & maintain repository for project documentation.
Responsible for maintaining SharePoint & Teams channels - logs, folder structure.
Gather and present data on the success of projects.
Responsible for leading, documenting and presenting the end of project reviews and lesson learned exercises.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have 5-10 year of experience working within PMO.

2. Do you have experience with Excel and Powerpoint

3. Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Do you have good presentation skills

5. Do you have finance domain background. - a plus

6. Do you have Planview experience. - a plus

7. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
