Sr IT Specialist (Remote)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. (Preferred)
- 7 years of experience in healthcare EDI and HL7.
- Strong understanding of EDI workflows and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse functional groups.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and assist clients and vendors to resolve issues with varying degrees of complexity.- Interpret and analyze HL7 order and result messages to evaluate recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with various functional groups including sales, lab operations, and third party vendors to provide client issue resolutions in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations based on expertise and serves as esclation point to support department needs
- Perform analysis of client ordering patterns to uncover client ordering issues early in to improve electronic ordering and resulting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to clients and vendors.
- Build and cultivate strong working relationships with clients in order to gain their support and solidify their continued business.
- Manage and drive multiple projects to completion in all phases within department specified deadlines.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical interface issues and incidents.
- Monitor support performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance overall efficiency.
Pay Range: $88,700 - $122,000
Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
