Live Chat Representative
We are currently hiring a full-time Live Chat Representative at QP Group, with pay starting at $26.50 per hour. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat interactions on our website. Your main role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
Desired Experience:
- 1-7 years of experience in customer service or online support
- Experience with live chat support is a plus
