Your Daily Contributions

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering needed diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (based on your credentials)
• Instructing patients and families regarding preventive measures, wellness strategies, and health management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and overarching chronic care management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Maintaining meticulous and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Required Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of New Jersey
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar specialized certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
