Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

We are dedicated to improving behavioral health for medical first responders across the United States. Our goal is to move away from the one-size-fits-all model of care and instead provide tailored, culturally competent treatment that truly meets the needs of each individual.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve providing psychotherapy through telemedicine to medical first responders. We seek a qualified professional who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of healthcare workers, offering support and guidance as they navigate the challenges of their demanding roles.

Responsibilities:
Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions over telemedicine with medical first responders
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals
Keep accurate and timely records of all patient interactions
Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:
Required: A valid therapist license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of New Jersey
At least two years of clinical experience, with a focus on individual therapy
Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is highly preferred
A strong desire to work with a diverse team and learn from others

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt to various communication styles
Familiarity with telemedicine platforms or online video communication tools
Knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT
Experience using clinical tools and assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) to track patient progress and outcomes

Compensation:
$55-$70/hr for LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LMHC
$80/hr for PsyD/PhD Psychologists
