About the position:

We are searching for a dedicated Product Manager to spearhead our ACaaS platform, OnCAFE (OnCloud Access for Everyone). In this pivotal role, you will guide the evolution of our cloud-based access control software, partnering with UX designers, developers, and hardware-focused Access Control Product Managers to uncover user needs, validate solutions, and deliver experiences that solve real problems and drive lasting value.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and iterate on the product vision for OnCAFE, ensuring it resonates with our purpose of simplifying secure access while advancing Hanwha Vision's broader mission.
• Immerse in customer journeys through continuous discovery, gaining insights from users and market signals to define features that address core jobs-to-be-done.
• Tackle access control hurdles with innovative software approaches, such as incorporating AI to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Sequence initiatives by focusing on outcomes, weighing customer value against feasibility to guide development priorities.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to align on shared goals, accelerate delivery, and bring solutions to life that users love- and that work for the business.
• Understand the pricing structure, market positioning, and ecosystem of competitive products to ensure profitability and develop new products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in access control product management or a related field (such as sales engineering, lead technician, project manager).
• Strong understanding of access control systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in successfully managing access control products from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in access control solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing requirements, priorities, and technologies in the access control industry.
