Experienced Short Order Cook

We are looking for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy preparing fresh, delicious food for our guests. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a grill cook or short order cook with good knife skills.

Responsibilities include:

• setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meat, preparing sauces)
• preparing menu items consistent with JGC standards of quality, quantity, and presentation
• keeping a clean work station and clean kitchen
• rotate and stock inventory appropriately
• comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
