FSQA Document Compliance Coordinator

GGG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. The FSQA Coordinator will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements.
• Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up to date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains.
• Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role
• Thorough attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus

Salary : $46,400 - $69,600 annually. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
