**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies relevant to an automotive location.
+ Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and authorization for entry as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other front desk operations.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed regarding site activities and/or concerns.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
