Laborer

We are seeking a reliable Site Maintenance Laborer to support upkeep at a solar field construction site. The role is focused on basic groundskeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine weed removal across the solar field site. + Collect and dispose of weeds and debris into designated trash bags/containers. + Maintain clear pathways and work areas for crews and equipment. + Follow site safety protocols and instructions from supervisors. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Brunswick, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
