Salary : $90K - $110K + quarterly bonus

- Proven leadership with 5+ years as a General Manager in a high‑volume, full‑service concept, consistently delivering standout guest experiences.
- Expert-level bar and beverage operations knowledge, driving profitable beverage programs and elevated service standards.
- Track record of success overseeing restaurants generating $5M+ in annual revenue, with strong command of financials, team development, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to energize the brand through community partnerships, signature events, promotions, and entertainment that build loyal local followings.
- Cultivate a true neighborhood favorite, blending a warm, local vibe with polished execution and adherence to corporate standards.
- Own the restaurant's financial performance, optimizing sales, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability through strategic planning and hands-on leadership
