Job Description:
Support the client's brand perception by managing and evaluating award programs, licensing opportunities, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage award timelines and deliverables across 15 internal/external partners

• Track expirations and upcoming opportunities for awards/licensing

• Evaluate award value and prepare recommendations for investment

• Monitor and manage licensing budgets

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate brand messaging

• Maintain documentation and status reports for key stakeholders

• Liaise with publication partners to negotiate usage rights and claim phrasing

• Develop PowerPoint decks for award opportunities and internal reviews

• Support project planning and facilitate launch/marketing team meetings

• Lead maintenance of digital messaging platforms

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Strong project and time management experience across multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with structured status reporting and project tracking

  • Marketing understanding, especially around awards and brand messaging

  • Prior agency or matrixed environment experience

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
