We’re building something small and special: a tasting menu restaurant designed to feel like your best friend invited you over for dinner—only they happen to be an amazing cook. It’s intimate on purpose. The food is thoughtful and delicious, but what really lingers is how it feels to be there.

The Role

As a Server at Sam’s Table, you are the experience. You’ll guide guests through their evening with confidence, joy, and a generosity of spirit. You’ll collaborate with our kitchen, align with your team, and bring your full self to every service. Most of all, you’ll help us turn a simple night out into a moment someone remembers forever.

Your Mission

● Greet every guest with warmth and authenticity — not because you have to, but because you want to.

● Anticipate needs before they’re spoken. Exceed expectations not with grand gestures, but with thoughtful details.

● Create connection. Learn names. Celebrate birthdays. Remember their favorite wine from last time — and pour it before they even ask.

● Collaborate with the kitchen, leadership, and fellow team members to create seamless, gracious service.

● Know the story behind the food. Understand every dish, every ingredient, and what inspired it — so you can tell it with heart.

● Keep menus accurate and updated, and ensure the dining room is polished to welcome guests like it’s opening night every night.

● Previous restaurant experience is important, along with attitude and presence.
