Maintenance Technician - Assisted Living

Pay rate = $25.00 - $27.00 per hour This is a hands-on position that requires a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and willingness to do whatever is necessary. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience,if you have worked in Assisted Living/Health Care setting even better! Must have strong skills in building systems, plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC. Responsibilities include: Perform all routine and preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heat and A/C, carpentry, and other building and grounds operations for all Van Dyk properties. Completes the turnover of empty apartments to ensure repairs or upgrades are completed in a timely manner.
