Senior Graphic Designer (Healthcare Experiential)
Job Description
Job Description
Experience Without Limits. Come shape the future of brand experience.
At Jack Morton, we create, and build, head-turning, smile-inducing, impact driving brand experiences. We exist to redefine what experiential can achieve, helping clients unlock the full value of experiences.
That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one - building on ideas, pushing boundaries, and showing up for each other. Here, you'll do your best work, grow fast, and collaborate across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.
This is a place where curiosity drives what's next, boldness raises the bar, and we win together. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the people behind it.
Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.
We create powerful virtual and live event experiences that connect people, brands, and ideas. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (Healthcare Experiential) who thrives on turning creative concepts into unforgettable visual stories — across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
As a key member of the Creative team, you'll imagine it, design it, and help bring it to life — collaborating with strategists, producers, and other designers to transform ideas into branded environments and immersive experiences.
What You'll Do
- Tell visual stories: Translate ideas and design concepts into dynamic visual narratives that captivate audiences.
- Create conceptual themes: Develop visual identities and graphical elements for clients, new business pitches, and internal initiatives.
- Own the full design process: Carry your designs from initial concept through to production and final delivery.
- Design with impact: Craft polished presentations and proposals using PowerPoint, Keynote, and InDesign.
- Stay inspired: Keep a pulse on design trends, materials, and presentation techniques to push creativity forward.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Account teams to align vision and execution.
- Deliver excellence: Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining the highest design standards.
- Ensure quality: Review and approve final layouts, proofs, and production-ready files before client delivery.
- Maintain organization: Archive image assets and maintain up-to-date resource files.
- Champion process: Adhere to established creative and production workflows for consistency and quality.
What You Bring
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Arts or a related field, plus 7–10 years of design experience in an agency environment.
- Experience in the experiential marketing industry is a major plus.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
- Expertise across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and MS Office; familiarity with XD or Figma is a strong asset.
- A deep understanding of file preparation and graphic production.
- Ability to translate print or presentation designs into digital formats.
- Creative problem-solving and a knack for identifying innovative production methods.
Who You Are
- A designer who's passionate about people and storytelling.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Flexible, open-minded, and collaborative — someone who values idea-sharing and creative partnership.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excited by the opportunity to shape how global brands connect with audiences through design.
