PUR2o Regional Sales Manager - Greater New Jersey Area (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and drive growth across the greater New Jersey area. This is a hybrid role , with time split between our Randolph, NJ office and remote work. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.
Your goal will be to build and manage the sales pipeline — identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding PUR2o’s reach among residential, commercial, and trade partners (builders, wellness professionals, HVAC/plumbing contractors, and design firms).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive growth and brand visibility.
- Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Represent PUR2o at local trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth lead handoff and customer satisfaction.
- Report on sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PUR2o products, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in regional sales, account management, or business development (water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, wellness, or related industries preferred).
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment — both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed.
