2nd Shift Cosmetic Compounder
Wharton, NJ
Direct Hire | Starting at $25+ per hour DOE

Join a leading cosmetics and personal care manufacturer seeking an experienced Compounder for their 2nd shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and wants long-term career stability with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and blend raw materials according to batch instructions
• Prepare and review batch records and production documentation
• Operate scales, mixing equipment, and dispensing tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized compounding areas following GMP and SOP standards
• Perform pre-weigh activities and verify ingredient quantities
• Record production data, cleaning logs, and quality documentation
• Submit samples for QC testing and assist with batch transfers
• Support daily production goals while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of compounding or blending experience within cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, food, or related manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with GMP environments, batch records, and SOP procedures
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Flexible to work overtime when needed
