SUMMARY: We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our operations team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and occasional local deliveries. You’ll help keep our warehouse organized, stocked, and running efficiently — and when needed, you’ll hit the road to deliver materials and equipment to job sites in the surrounding area.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in doing quality work, values teamwork, and wants a steady, full-time position with room to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and supplies.
- Count and confirm inventory.
- Inspect inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicate errors to relevant parties.
- Mark and label stock.
- Stores inventory in accessible manner.
- Loads and wraps stock on pallets.
- Pull, package, and stage orders for delivery to worksites or customers using forklifts and manual pallet jacks
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites as needed.
- Verify deliveries and obtain necessary signatures or documentation.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance and equipment checks.
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT guidelines, and warehouse procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous warehouse labor, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to operate forklift proficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Available to work extended hours.
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
- Forklift Certification preferred; not required. (will be trained)
- Valid NJ driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
WORK LOCATION & HOURS:
- This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Lakewood, New Jersey offices (08701).
- Full-time, typically Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during busy periods.

- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
