Roseland, NJ | Full-Time | $100,000 - $150,000/year

About the Role

We are seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to support mass tort and commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys complex case analysis, legal writing, discovery, and developing litigation strategy while working alongside experienced trial attorneys.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support complex litigation matters from development through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and case strategy memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Manage discovery processes and prepare for depositions.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Work closely with partners on high-value litigation matters.
• Assist with trial preparation and case development.
• Analyze case issues and contribute to litigation strategy.

What You'll Need

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation, mass torts, complex civil litigation, or class actions preferred.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing experience.
• Experience managing discovery and depositions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Stable employment history preferred.
