HR Generalist III
Job Responsibilities:
- ;Manages the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for multiple manufacturing plants.
- ;Administers human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- ;Carries out responsibilities in departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
- ;Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- ;Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff.
- ;Reports to the Human Resources Senior Director and assists and advises company leaders on Human Resources issues.
- ;Provides day-to-day support in Plainsboro and may support Columbia, MD.
- ;Works on-site 5 days a week; hours may shift due to business needs.
Skills:
- ;Experience in manufacturing/plant/distribution environment with all levels of workers (hourly staff).
- ;Workday experience preferred (training will be provided).
- ;Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- ;Employee relations and workforce development skills.
- ;HRIS, training and development, compensation, and organizational development experience.
Education/Experience:
- ;Bachelor’s degree required.
- ;7+ years of experience.
