Summary

5 month temporary assignment with Accounting Internal Control/Risk Management team onsite 5 days a week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Responsibilities

Financial & Accounts Payable Management for LGEUS
1. Review & verify Accounts Payable vouchers from GEVS, iBTS & IPS systems
2. Organize and update the financial records
3. Review and update the company's expense policy to ensure alignment with existing regulations and current operations of the company
4. Support the month end financial close including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliation and accruals
5. Prepare special financial reports when requested by senior managers
6. Prepare documentation for external auditors

Vendor Management for LGEUS
1. Vendor registration documents collection, review and verification
2. Vendor bank information verification (Document and Phone call)
3. Vendor registration document file management and report vendor new/modify/change list for upper management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 0~3 years experience


• Bilingual in English and Korean


• This role requires a thorough understanding of departmental and interdepartmental activities


• The ability to establish and maintain detailed records and to accomplish complex and diversified assignments using established practices and methods


• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
