Our Summer Internship Program
An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.
Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!
This Opportunity
The US Deployment Solutions Client Services team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on improving our internal communications. In this role you will work closely with the SVP Commercial Operations
This summer, the CS team will welcome an intern to support the design, training, and implementation of a new Ways of Working (WOW) framework for our top accounts. Our WoW document will provide a standard operational blueprint that will be implemented across all accounts. Its purpose is to create clarity, consistency, and alignment between Client Services, cross‑functional partners, and our clients. Each WoW document provides a concise, top‑line summary of how an account operates and what “good” looks like.
This initiative is a high‑visibility, cross‑functional effort that will shape how we collaborate with clients and drive consistency across our most strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with CS leadership to identify and prioritize the accounts that will adopt the Ways of Working framework first.
- Support the design and rollout of training , including preparing materials, coordinating sessions, and helping drive adoption across teams.
- Assist with governance design , ensuring the Ways of Working document remains a living, evolving asset.
- Host or support office hours to help teams understand and apply the framework.
- Prepare updates and insights for our bi‑weekly Raise the Bar governance meetings.
- Develop project artifacts , including status reports, templates, and communication materials.
Your Skills & Expertise
We are seeking someone who is interested in a challenge! Our summer project is run by three “Type A” senior leaders who have high expectations but love to make challenging projects fun. We need someone who has an inquisitive mind, is not easily intimidated, likes asking questions, is a skilled writer, and while we will provide significant guidance and air cover – you need to be able to work independently.
Skills You’ll Strengthen:
- Business writing and communication Crafting clear, concise, and professional materials for leadership and client‑facing teams.
- Relationship building Working closely with CS leaders, CS account teams, and cross‑functional partners.
- Strategic thinking Understanding how operational frameworks influence client outcomes and internal alignment.
- Project coordination Managing timelines, tracking progress, and supporting structured governance.
Additional Role Elements:
Exposure to Senior Leadership: you’ll regularly interact with directors and SVPs, comfort with executive communication or a willingness to grow quickly in that area is important.
Ambiguity Is Part of the Work : this initiative is evolving in real time. The intern should be comfortable working with incomplete information, proactively asking clarifying questions, and helping bring structure to open‑ended problems.
A Process‑Oriented Mindset Matters: much of the work involves designing repeatable processes, governance structures, and documentation. Attention to detail and a practical approach will be valuable.
Change Management Is a Core Theme: this isn’t just about creating a document; it is about helping teams adopt new behaviors. Candidates should be interested in:
- how adults learn,
- how organizations adopt new practices,
- and how to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Professionalism and Confidentiality: because the work touches top accounts and leadership discussions, the intern will need to handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion.
Comfort with Collaboration Tools: experience with (or willingness to learn) tools like: TEAMS, Excel, CoPilot, and PowerPoint
A Service‑Oriented Attitude: this role supports the people who support our clients. A helpful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset will go a long way. We take our summer internship program seriously, and interns receive frequent, actionable feedback designed to help them grow quickly. Because of this, we’re looking for someone who is open to coaching, eager to learn, and energized by working closely with others. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, responds well to constructive input, and sees feedback as an opportunity to elevate their work.
Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
