Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
• Drill bolt holes and assemble parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Inspect parts for imperfections and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools.
• Solder electrical components and assemble electronic parts.
• Train other employees on equipment installation and operation.
• Order parts as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
• Proper use of a variety of hand tools, including drills and grinders.
• Experience with power tools and machine building.
• Skills in wiring, wire harnessing, crimping, and soldering small assemblies and subassemblies.
• Familiarity with electronic assembly and micrometer usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree in electromechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in using, assembling, or repairing equipment.
• Understanding of electro-static discharge (ESD) handling requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Florham Park, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
