We are seeking a Biller to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Track and record deliveries to customers
- Create customer invoices
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Must have proven Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Strong Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be 100% proficient in QuickBooks
You will be also responsible for the posting of customer payment in both QuickBooks and in Excell
Perform the customer monthly contract billing
Assist with the preparation of customer reconciliation
Assit with any customer questions
