Machinist (Haas Mills & Lathes / CAD-CAM)
- Setup and Operate : Program, set up, and run Haas CNC mills and lathes independently.
- CAD/CAM Programming : Create and modify complex toolpaths using CAD/CAM software.
- Blueprint Reading : Interpret technical drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Quality Control : Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precise tolerances.
- Maintenance : Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Experience : Minimum 10 years of professional CNC machining experience.
- Machine Mastery : Proven expertise specifically with Haas mills and lathes.
- Software Skills : Proficient in CAD/CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).
- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of metal cutting mechanics, fixtures, and tooling.
- Work Ethic : Strong problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
