Esthetician Educator (Learning Leader)

Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School is seeking a high-energy, passionate, and experienced Esthetician Educator to join our growing team of industry leaders!

As a Learning Leader , you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor our Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences through objective-based education (O.B.E.) , mini classes, and engaging learning centers.

You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment , combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on salon experiences.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional educator with strong salon/spa experience, enthusiasm for the Paul Mitchell culture and products , and a genuine dedication to student success . You are a collaborative team player who communicates with confidence, demonstrates professionalism, and serves as a positive role model for our Future Professionals.

We're looking for someone who thrives on teaching creative techniques , developing professional and soft skills , and helping others reach their full potential .

• Current NJ Cosmetology License (Required)
• Prior instructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school
• Salon/Spa experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup
• Strong leadership , mentorship , and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Skilled in team leadership , student supervision , and outcome tracking
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism , and a genuine passion for education and the beauty industry

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Part-time evening teaching schedule)
