We are currently looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and improve the customer buying experience.
Job Details
- Salary: From $55,000 to $125,000 per year
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Vineland, NJ 08630
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Clearly explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Stay updated on current inventory and new vehicle features
- Work closely with management and finance teams to finalize sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
