I opened my agency in 2019, and since then, weve built a close-knit team of five dedicated professionals who truly enjoy working and growing together. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate finance as a CPA in New York, which gave me a strong foundation in helping people make smart financial decisions. Im a proud Syracuse graduate, a mom to two boys (11 and 13), and when Im not in the office, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my dog, Charlie.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jen Ortiz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
