Onsite Account Manager
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional OT required)
Location: Avenel, NJ
Pay: $50,000/year
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Are you dependable, organized, and ready to support workforce operations at a client site? We’re hiring an On-Site Account Manager in Avenel, NJ to oversee temporary workforce coordination. You'll support employee performance, manage attendance, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a strong client relationship.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal support teams
- Monitor daily headcount, attendance, and employee performance
- Conduct warehouse floor check-ins to address issues and ensure satisfaction
- Support onboarding, orientations, and job-site readiness for new hires
- Assist with basic incident response and injury reporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records: timesheets, schedules, and operational reports
- Address timecard or payroll issues and follow up with documentation and resolution
- Communicate operational updates and concerns with internal and client teams
- Escalate and help resolve concerns involving performance, attendance, or conduct
- Ensure policies, safety practices, and standard procedures are followed consistently
- Represent the company on-site with professionalism and reliability
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, staffing, or HR coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with timekeeping systems is a plus
- Professional demeanor and ability to engage with all levels of warehouse staff
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Able to work independently and respond quickly to on-site needs
