Regional Radiology/Cardiology Director

Responsibilities
The Regional Corporate Director of Radiology and Cardiology Services provides leadership, supervision and oversight to facilities and coordinates system wide activities, ensuring safety of patients and staff and attains objectives, mission and values established by corporate administration for these services within their specific regions. Works collaboratively with Administration and Leadership at the facility level. Directs all human resource functions of the department with include; overseeing training and ensures staff competencies, ensures safe staffing levels. Develops and manages budget to meet department, organizational and patient safety goals and ensures regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
1. Associates Degree, Graduate of an AMA accredited program in radiologic technology. Bachelors Degree preferred.
2. Specialized training in Nuclear medicine and Ultrasound Technology preferred.
3. Supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions.
4. Previous experience as a radiology technician.
5. Strong verbal and written skills
6. Current California licensed ARRT, CRT

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $81,952.00 to $160,992.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
