Small Public accounting Firm seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper. Applicant must possess excellent computer skills and knowledge of QuickBooks. Must be good with numbers, trustworthy, detail oriented and extremely organized. Minimum 25-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Paying bills and managing accounts
- Balancing accounts on QuickBooks accounting program
- Process payroll and assist with payroll tax filings
-Prepare and file sales tax returns
- Running income / expense reports
- Reconciliation of credit cards and bank statements
- Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping requests, missing information, and account
questions
- Provide strong client service and maintain professional client relationships
