Seeking a highly motivated individual. Looking for a dynamic and polished individual to join a teleradiology company for regional and nationwide business development, marketing and sales.

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‐driven Corporate Development & Finance Lead to support financial strategy, acquisitions, and long‐term growth initiatives. This role will play a critical part in evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities, building complex financial models, and supporting senior leadership with strategic insights and decision support.

This position is ideal for an MBA‐trained professional with strong finance fundamentals, experience in financial modeling, and an interest in corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
• Conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, ROI analysis)
• Partner with executive leadership to assess growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Support due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions, including financial, operational, and market analysis
• Prepare investment memos, board‐level materials, and executive presentations
• Analyze financial performance, forecasts, and scenarios to support capital allocation decisions
• Assist with integration planning and post‐acquisition performance tracking
• Collaborate cross‐functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and external advisors
• Ad‐hoc strategic and financial analysis as needed to support company growth

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution (Finance, Strategy, or related focus preferred)
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills (experience building models from scratch)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience supporting or executing M&A transactions
• Exposure to PE‐backed or high‐growth companies
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and long‐range planning
• Advanced PowerPoint / executive presentation experience
