Regional Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible to hire, train and develop, as well as coach to success the sale steam in their district to successfully launch an immunology biosimilar product to targeted physicians. You will:
- Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the Immunology Sales Specialists in their district
- Identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies
- Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years’ commercial pharmaceutical experience
- 5+ years’ district or regional management experience with established leadership performance
- Ability to travel as business needs require (50%)
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements:
- Advanced degree
- Previous immunology, biosimilar experience
- Diverse commercial experience in training, sales ops, market access, IC
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160K-$170K The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
