Pay Range : $34/hour, plus 10% shift differential

Hours : 2nd Shift (2PM to 1030PM)

ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY:


This position focuses on process optimization, maintaining production quality, and supporting operator training in a cleanroom/fab environment. Candidates with experience in photolithography, etching, and wafer cleaning are strongly encouraged to apply.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, optimize, and monitor semiconductor fabrication processes, with emphasis on photolithography, dry/wet etch, and wafer cleaning.
• Utilize SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, and profilometer for process evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Define, document, and maintain clear work instructions for operators and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process issues and implement improvements.
• Provide training and technical support to operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvement initiative

• Master’s or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Cleanroom experience required (academic or professional
• Hands-on experience or exposure to photolithography, etch, or wafer cleaning preferred.
• Proficiency with SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, or profilometer preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and operator training skills.
• Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred.
