THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR BATHROOM REMODELING INSTALLER

THE SCHEDULE:

This role follows a full‑time 1099 contract schedule, working 7 am–4 pm Monday through Friday, with weekend availability when needed.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Bathroom Remodeling Installer, you'll arrive prepared each day to complete a full bathroom remodel within a single shift. You'll remove old fixtures, complete tub‑to‑shower or walk‑in conversions, take precise measurements, secure fittings, maintain an organized workspace, and communicate clearly with homeowners. You'll address challenges as they arise and deliver a polished final product that reflects both your craftsmanship and our company standards.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with one-day bath or shower installation
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or plumbing
• Strong understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Skilled, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
• Calm, professional, and respectful in the home
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong homeowner‑facing communication skills are preferred.
