Manufacturing Operations Manager
Family-owned and growing custom equipment manufacturer looking for an operations manager/director to lead manufacturing with many hats. This dynamic leader will helm their engineering and manufacturing facility. If you're a proactive, energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and is passionate about driving efficiency, quality, and safety, we want to hear from you! location: Burlington, New Jersey

salary: $115,000 - 135,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
Your Role:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring production targets are met with top-notch quality standards
- Develop and execute production schedules, manage inventory, and optimize workflow
- Foster a safety-first culture and enforce protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Oversee building maintenance and IT/network issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Proven ops management experience in a production environment
- Manufacturing process knowledge and quality control standards
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Leadership experience with clear communication and motivational skills
- Technical proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools
- working in a smoke free environment
