We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring the successful placement of top talent while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This is a long-term contract opportunity that offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote and in-office days.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms to attract diverse and skilled talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and organizational policies during all recruitment activities.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline through networking, proactive outreach, and database management.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline recruitment workflows and track key metrics.
• Facilitate job offers and negotiate terms to ensure alignment with both candidate and organizational needs.
• Regularly evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and enhance outcomes.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience at every stage.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.• Strong background in corporate recruiting and familiarity with SaaS environments.
• Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights on talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during recruitment activities.
• Skilled at building and maintaining networks and talent pipelines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
