Process Intelligence Specialist

What You'll Do
- Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to establish a foundation for optimization and automation.
- Use process intelligence tools such as Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies .
- Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
- Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation and experiences.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Work with data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
What You'll Bring

- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with or strong interest in process intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions .
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or similar tools .

- Curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, process improvement, or a related area.
- Experience building or supporting technical solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, or data quality.

$79,200.00 - $124,700.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
